There are sun loungers, dining tables and garden chairs for six people. Outdoor Weber barbecue on the terrace. The covered pergola serves as an extra "conservatory" throughout the summer.

The villa is built on a slope and faces south with magnificent views of the valley and mountains. The house is located at the top of the small village of Bendejun at an altitude of approximately 500 metres. When you see the incredible view from the house, you feel the tranquillity and "hear" the silence.

The property is accessed from the private parking area. It is enclosed by walls and fences, and the pool area is further enclosed by a fence, as required by law in France. There are no electric charging stations on the property. Electric charging stations can be found at the town hall in Bendejun, 3 km from the house. There are several stations in Contes, 7 km from the house. At the large Auchan shopping centre in La Trinité, there are plenty of charging stations.

The living room has a corner sofa, wood-burning stove and dining area for six people, as well as access to the kitchen and kitchen terrace. There is a TV with Chromecast and free Wi-Fi. The living room has its own air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and has a fridge/freezer, microwave, conventional oven, 4 hotplates, dishwasher, regular coffee machine, Nespresso machine and toaster.

The yellow bedroom is on the upper floor, directly opposite the upper shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the lower floor, on either side of a large bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. There is access to a private terrace.There is no internal staircase between the floors, but there is a wide, easy-to-use external staircase. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning.

The large bathroom on the lower floor has a washing machine and can be accessed from both bedrooms. On the upper floor, the bathroom and toilet are separate.

From the villa, it is approximately a 15-minute drive to the larger village of Contes, which has many restaurants, cafés and shops: bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, fishmongers, a small supermarket, a couple of delicatessens, two pharmacies and several doctors. A 7-minute drive further towards Nice, in La Pointe, there is a large Intermarché. And another 10 minutes' drive away, there is a large shopping centre with a large Auchan supermarket with a cheese counter, butcher, baker and everything else your shopping trolley could possibly hold.

About the landlord:
We are a family who love France, which has also become part of our everyday life. We bought our holiday home, 'maison secondaire', in 2002 and have spent numerous holidays there. Over the years, we have travelled extensively throughout France, visiting many wonderful places, but we always return to our own holiday home.
